So I posted awhile ago about wanting to find a workout that would benefit my riding. I just figured I would share what I came up with by combining a couple “30 Day Challenges”…. It focuses on core and upper-leg strength. I plan on combining this with daily no-stirrup work and hopefully some cardio.
Hoping to benefit a few of you as well. I started mine today if any of you are wanting to take it with me!! (:
